What is sublimation?

Sublimation is the process of printing onto a special sheet of paper, and then heat transferring that image onto fabric. The image won’t fade, crack or peel.

How much does it cost to set up an online team store?

Can Evo9x sponsor our team?

Occasionally Evo9x does sponsor teams, they are selected on a case by case basis. Send requests to Sales@evo9x.com

Are the online team stores seasonal or do I need to put my order in around certain dates?

Online stores are up 24/7 and there are no cut off dates. You can order whatever, whenever from your team store with no minimum order requirements. The store will never run out of size, style or color. These are all made to order in our facility located in Edison New Jersey.

I have design ideas, how can I get them on paper or get a mockup?

Please contact us at Sales@evo9x.com and we get you in touch with one of our designers to convert your ideas into designs and mockups.

How long do mockups usually take?

 One to two business days.

How many mockup revisions can I request?

Unlimited!

I have already placed an order, how can I track it?

Please contact your Customer service rep by email or phone. If you don’t know who your Customer service rep is send us an email at Sales@evo9x.com with your order or invoice number.

What is your turn around time?

Once your order is placed and paid, our production time is roughly 2 weeks.

Once I have placed the order and paid for it, can I make changes to it?

Once the order is sent to production, we cannot make changes to it. However, if you need to add anything to it, you may contact us and we can try to add the items to your order. But, there is no guarantee that the addition would be made.
