Full Dye Sublimation

What is Sublimation Printing?

Sublimation printing is the method of applying color to a chosen length of fabric using heat and printing on special paper before being applied to the garment, allowing the ink to become part of the fabric. The cloth becomes more breathable and silky. The best thing is that the numbers, characters, and images do not peel, chip, or come off in the wash!

The magic of the process lies within printing technology. Once injected directly, all design features, including team logos, colors, and numbers, become a part of the fabric. A sublimated jersey has no risk of the colors or logos flaking or fading.

Steps of Sublimation Printing:

1: Printers hold sublimation dyes; the colors are usually in the CMYK color space.

2: Graphics are printed onto the transfer paper, ensuring no limitations to colors and designs.

3: Heat is applied to transfer the ink to the fabric to undergo the sublimation process.

4: The fabric pores absorb the ink via heat.

5: The reels of fabric are then cut into garment panels.

6: The panels are sewn, pieced together, and turned into a fantastic sublimated sportswear product.

Advantages of Sublimation Printing:

1: Unlimited colors with no added cost.

2: Produces vibrant colors, making it perfect for photographic images.

3: Ability to create complex designs that can go anywhere on any layout of your choosing.

4: Sublimation print will NOT crack, peel, or fade.

What is Embroidery?

Embroidery is an old craft having roots in early cultures throughout the world. Creating a foundational material or cloth is made by sewing a needle, thread, or yarn.

Today, embroidery continues to be a popular craft and is featured in clothing and accessories. At the same time, we offer the highest quality embroidery available on all our products. We offer appliqué, 3D, and other stitch patterns to achieve the look you’re aiming for.

Embroidery is the most sought service by our customers. So in response to the increasing demand, we have added an embroidery machine in-house to fulfill the need and orders—custom embroidery of your logo on all our apparel, bags, and hats. We specialize and customize to suit your needs.

What is Screen Printing?

We use thick inks that cover the fabric’s surface rather than soaking through it when screen-printing. Screen printing was formerly the sole practical technique for mass-producing customized t-shirts and hoodies.
